handmade for newtown: auction is live!

i am incredibly humbled and proud to announce that the handmade for newtown auction is open for bidding. thanks to the generous donations of some amazing vendors, bloggers, and crafters, there are over one hundred amazing items on which to bid.

*update: the auction is now closed. we raised over $5000 for Newtown Parent Connection! thanks to all who made this possible.*

how to bid:
♥ Comment on photo of the item on which you wish to bid.
♥ Your comment MUST include your bid amount and paypal address.
♥ If you would prefer to not leave your email address in comment, you may email your paypal address to rachael {at} imaginegnats {dot}com.
♥ Please do not erase bids or bid on items you do not intend to purchase.

reminders/auction info:
♥ bidding will close at 10pm EST on friday, january 18. any bids placed after that time will not be accepted.
♥ 100% of funds raised will be donated to Newtown Parent Connection, where all funds will go directly to those affected by the shooting.
♥ All products have a minimum bid listed. Remember you are bidding to raise funds towards a specific cause. It is not mandatory, but it is nice to bid generously.
♥ All transactions will be done through Paypal. Please make sure you have a valid and active Paypal account to transfer funds.
♥ Shipping costs are covered by the vendors for this auction.
♥ Remember that all items are donated to the auction to raise money for the cause. Although it is not mandatory, it is nice for you to thank the vendors for their time and donation.
♥ Highest bidders have 72 hours to pay for their item. The winning bidder will receive an invoice from From The Heart Auctions via PayPal upon the closing of the auction. It must be paid within 72 hours.
