since that time, i've been chatting with the lovely Shelly of Figgy's Patterns as we worked on scheduling a trunk show (oh, and i went on and on about how much i love this pattern). so... if you're in the cincinnati area, stop by Sewn Studio next week to see the Figgy's trunk show, pick up your own pattern, and *bonus* my very own sunki will be on display as well! though, sadly, not on this hysterical little supermodel ;)
as you may be noticing, it's a tad bit short. i would do well to remember my daughter's very long legs in the future and check the length of things before sewing. the rest of the fit is perfection, though.
the sleeve and neck details are lovely, and i'm still wowed by the pocket construction of this dress.

How about sticking a pleated or gathered band on the bottom to make it a bit longer? Sorted :o)
