no matter what your friends on pinterest say, i do not recommend taking apart your own iphone. but if you're crazy brave enough to try, remember to download all of your pictures and such first. just a thought.
i know... i have an awful habit of insisting i can do things myself. no interesting backstory, really. i dropped the phone and the screen cracked, so i thought i could just order the parts and replace it. turns out that is much more complicated than i (unreasonably) thought! eh, it's just a thing.
